Estoy abierto a oír vuestros consejos.

  • “The Mindful Athlete” George Mumford
  • “Aún no estoy muerto!” Phil Collins

Hello, coach! Great thanks for your response.I played basketball in my childhood.I still like this game! But my work is not connected with basketball.I work in nordic construction company, that builds multi-storey houses for living. So every day I communicate with a lot of people:our customers (satisfied or not pleased),my colleagues, our partners.
Books that I have advised you to read are not tied to any particular profession. It helps to know people better, helps to understand them better, and notice when and how people manipulate you.
If it is really Interesting to you,I can happily recommend the books. If you will have a time, read about “Cyclical Levels of Existence Theory” of Dr. Clare W. Graves.
About autobiographies – I don’t like it,because I think that a person can not speak about himself objectively. But one of autobiographies have impressed me.It is “In the land of white death: an epic story of survival in the Siberian Arctic” of Valerian Albanov. Hi is not so famous man like Phil Collins and others, and I really don’t know will this book interesting for you or not.
When Albanov’s expedition ship “Saint Anna” was frozen in the ice in the Kara sea,he left the ship with 13 sailors and went through the drifting ice to the ground. It was very cold and Dangerous. They walked through the icy wilderness for 3 months and were able to reach the earth. But not all of them.I liked this story because it’s about courage and responsibility for others people.
Would you advise books to me?What book do you like best of all?I will try to find it in Russian language and read.
        Thanks for your attention!

Hi Svetlana, I wrote the name of your favourite books and I would try to find them on library, here in Spain or when I will travel with my team, I find them outside. I don’t know if you know I’m a basketball coach, but the most of my best books to read, are around biographies, around psychology and of course novels. Logically basketball aspects are also important for me, but I’m really interested about the human condition and habits. I must be a lider of my teams, and I need to read faces, gestures, breath, eyes, etc… before the problems appears, means I must improve my empathy constantly. Any suggestion by your side, will be welcome. If you know somebody interested in translate my books to russian language to edit in this big country, just let me know. Thanks a lot to be close!
